What we walked into, and what we did.
The problem
A 1998 laminate kitchen in a holiday-let apartment: swollen carcasses, a dead corner cupboard, and an island that blocked the balcony line. Every panel had to come up a lift, and the body corporate allowed work hours of 9 to 3.
Our approach
Laser-measured around the lift dimensions, designed with panel sizes that fit the lift diagonal, and pre-assembled in the workshop into stage-able modules. Stone was templated on day one and the trades were sequenced inside the body-corporate window.
The result
Installed in four days inside the access rules, zero variations, and a kitchen the owners say books the apartment by itself. Warranty registered, body corporate sent a thank-you for the clean stairwells.
